The Tan Son lam visa di nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City will be expanded in order to handle 25 million passengers a year from 2020, the Dau Tu (Investment) newspaper said citing a transport ministry report on the airport upgrade project.
The international terminal will be able to handle 13 million passengers a year while another 12 million could go through the domestic terminal each year, the report added. It gave no investment details for the expansion, which has been approved by the government.
